1. All Sales Are Final (Digital Goods) Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at Clip Cartel, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the digital access links have been provided to you, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges under normal circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Defective Files and Access Problems If you experience severe technical issues or are completely unable to access the files you purchased, please contact our support team immediately at support@clipcartel.shop before contacting your bank or payment provider. We will work closely with you to ensure you manually receive the working files. Refunds will only be considered at our sole discretion if a file is proven to be completely defective and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue for you.

3. Duplicate Transactions In the rare event of a duplicate transaction due to a network glitch or payment gateway error on our part, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge. Please provide your order numbers to support@clipcartel.shop so we can resolve it immediately.
